Órbita UX Product License Agreement
This Product License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of products offered by Órbita UX ("Company") accessible at www.orbitaux.com ("Website"). By accessing or using the products provided by Órbita UX, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Nature of Products
Órbita UX specializes in the creation and distribution of design systems, UX kits, and website templates (collectively referred to as "Products"). These Products are meticulously crafted to meet the diverse needs of customers in the field of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
Permitted Uses
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Utilize the Products, including copying and pasting resources from design systems, to develop and design websites for personal or commercial purposes.
Modify the content and structure of the Products to suit the specific requirements of their projects.
Use the Products for personal projects or projects undertaken on behalf of clients.
Prohibited Uses
Customers are expressly prohibited from:
Redistributing or reselling the Products, whether in their original form or with modifications, to third parties.
Reproducing, duplicating, or copying any portion of the Products for purposes other than those expressly permitted under this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the Products, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Órbita UX. Customers acknowledge and agree that no ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
Updates and Changes
Órbita UX reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any or all of its Products at any time without prior notice. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the Products or terms of this Agreement via email to the address provided during the purchase process.
Order Refusal and License Revocation
Órbita UX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, update access to Products, or revoke a license at its sole discretion. This may occur in the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or breach of the terms of this Agreement.
License Modification
Órbita UX reserves the right to modify the terms of this License Agreement. In the event of any modifications, Customers will be notified via email to the address provided during the purchase process.
Lifetime Updates
This license includes lifetime updates to the Products at no extra cost to the Customer.
Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing or using Products from Órbita UX, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
